Besides coming with all the facilities
possible, the Green Valley Residential Complex boosts brand

- ecological septic fossa - made of concrete, it requires mainenance
only once a year
- electrical transformer - imported from Germany, has a capacity
of 800 KVA, enough to provide electricity to all the complex
24 hours a day. Every villa has its own electric meter
- water comes from a depth of 225 metres - the third layer of
phreatic ground water - helped by 4 powerful pumps (that can
run both on electricity or diesel) and is stored in high capacity
tanks which can provide fresh water for the hole complex for
a few days

- all the roads within the complex are paved, and the complex
is guarded 24 hours a day
