The property lies on a land surface of 2,600 sqm, having an opening of 27 m at the street and 29 m at the lake.

The Main Villa:
The main villa comprises of a demi-sol, ground floor, 1st floor and living attic (mansarde).
The demi-sol has a large equiped fitness room with a view to the back garden, the swiming-pool and the lake, a wine-cellar, a large sauna (for 10-12 persons), a large jacuzzi (2-3 persons ), 2 showers, and a large laundry room.

The windows are imported from Finland as is the sauna, jacuzzis and the water boilers. All thermopan has argon gas inside which has a property of keeping constant temperatures. All windows also have mosquito nets , so they can be kept opened during the summer. However, having the prime-minister’s residence just few hundreds meters away, the authorities spray the area frequently, so there are no mosquitos all year long.
All the floor area and inside stairs are made of solid oak parchet. The bathrooms and kitchen are imported from Italy and are of the very best quality and design.

The villa has videophone apparatus, a very sophiticated alarm system (with sensors for both movement and electromagnetic/heat) which is connected via radio to a company of Guard and Monitoring, which would have its people at the villa within 3 minutes of an eventual alarm.
It has also 3 video cameras (one at the back garden/lake and two at the front garden/ gate and entrance) connected to a monitoring room also equiped with shower and toilet.

The water heating system is also electrical. There are 2 boilers of 300 litres each, which are more than enough even when all showers are on together. (the boilers are also imported from Finland).
The house is made of solid bricks (the demi-sol in armed beton).
