Managing Director: Mr. Michael Bugeja (D.O.B. 25.09.1962)

Mr. Michael Bugeja commenced his property dealing/construction business in Malta in the late 1980s and has over the past years established himself amongst the leading construction companies and real estate negotiators on the island. He has managed to bring together a group of office staff and technical personnel who together with his invaluable experience are responsible for the success story of the BILOM GROUP OF COMPANIES.
Mr Michael Bugeja is presently engaged in various large projects sited at prime locations on the island. This multi million-dollar investment is attracting the interest of both local and foreign prospective purchasers.
Through the chain of subsidiary companies, all managed by Michael Bugeja, the BILOM GROUP OF COMPANIES is capable of completing projects without the need of any sub-contracting of works.
In the early 2000 Mr. Michael Bugeja also obtained the services of Mr. Gino Vella A.C.I.B., a graduate in finance and Banking, who is now responsible for the management of the office operations including the drafting and signing of contractual deeds entered into by the BILOM GROUP OF COMPANIES as well as the financial control of the company.
Mr. Gino Vella boasts of a 25 year experience in the financial world having worked at Barclays Bank plc, Mid Med Bank Ltd, and HSBC Bank plc. His last post was that of deputy to the C.E.O. of the HSBC Bank Malta plc, a post which he relinquished in 2001 to join Michael Bugeja at the BILOM GROUP OF COMPANIES.
